When commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of services indicated below.
General Information
• To reserve a slot, fill up the form provided and attach the references with the concise info.You don't need to fill the form if we're already having communication via social media.•I can only do my art style. Please don't commission me to imitate other artist art style.•Rush commission is 2x from the original prices.•I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.• The customer will only receive a digital copy of the art commission. There will be no physical shipping of any form.•Minor/major changes after being sent the finished commission will be charged.•NO REMOVAL OF WATERMARK.(please)•Final output will be sent via client’s email.
Payment
• I accept payments through PayPal/GCash-I'll provide my Paypal Invoice/Gcash number if I have accepted the commission.
Commission Process
•I will email/message you back if I have confirmed the commission.•I will start sketching after being sent a partial or full payment of your commission.•During the sketching phase, clients will be allowed a maximum of 3 revisions for free. Subsequent revisions will be charged.•I will update you on the progress of your commission through screenshots.•After final confirmation of sketch, no more revisions allowed.•You will only receive **.jpg or .png **files for the final output.• Please be patient with me during the process. It may take some time for me to be done due to personal circumstance. I hope you understand,Thank You.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
•If I have not started on the commission yet. Please note the refund will equal the amount I have received after paying fees. (For example: If you send $20 and I receive $18, the full refund will be $18.)•Down payment is non-refundable if I have started with the commission. If you paid full, 50% of the payment will be refunded.•If the client hasn't sent over the full/partial payment after a week of correspondence, they or I have the right to cancel the commission.•If I can't seem to finish the commissioned piece due to any circumstances in my end, I'll fully refund the client.•Completed Commissions will NOT get a refund.
Copyright/Usage
•I am allowed to use the artwork to promote myself with credit to the commissioner if it's a commissioned OC.•You are allowed to use the artwork for any personal use, and promote yourselves with proper credit to the artist.•You are allowed to claim the right of your character(s) but not the drawing itself.•You are NOT allowed to edit, trace, modify, or use the artwork commercially.•This is STRICTLY for personal use only. But If you decide to use it for COMMERCIALLY as an agency/company and making profits through reselling, redistributing, selling prints, for merch, etc. you can purchase the commercial rights, which is twice the amount of your total commission price.• ARTWORK SHOULD NEVER BE USED TO TRAIN AI, PLEASE SUPPORT THE REAL ARTIST. THANK YOU!
